MDPositions is published by FORTY & FREE (brand name: IDOW), a SARL registered in France under SIREN 925 005 753, RCS Lille Métropole, located at 48 allée de Baceda, 59830 Bachy, France.
MDPositions is a Shopify application that allows merchants to automatically reorder products in their collections based on multiple weighted criteria including price, inventory, sales velocity, margins, and more.
The application is accessible exclusively through the Shopify App Store and operates within the Shopify admin interface as an embedded application.
MDPositions offers three plans:
All prices are in US Dollars (USD), excluding applicable taxes. Taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are calculated and collected by Shopify based on the merchant's location.
All billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API. Shopify acts as the Merchant of Record and processes all payments. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. We do not collect or process payment information directly.
Subscriptions are billed every 30 days. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from within the application.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by downgrading to the Free plan from the "Plan & Billing" page in the app. The cancellation takes effect immediately.
When downgrading, if you exceed the limits of the new plan, excess sorts will be automatically deactivated (most recent sorts are preserved).
Refunds for partial billing periods are handled according to Shopify's refund policy.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the MDPositions application. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
The application depends on the Shopify API. Any downtime or changes to the Shopify platform may affect the service's availability or functionality.
MDPositions reorders products in collections based on the criteria you configure. We are not responsible for any impact on sales, revenue, or conversions resulting from product ordering changes.
The application modifies the sort order of your Shopify collections. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for any unintended changes to your store's product ordering.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of MDPositions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, France.
