How to show a brand's products first in all Shopify collections

Updated October 10, 2026

Multi-brand stores often need to highlight one brand: an in-house label, an exclusive, a supplier paying for visibility. Pinning products one by one doesn't scale. This guide shows how to push all the products of chosen vendors to the top of every collection, while keeping them sorted by your criteria.

SortBoosted vendors + your usual criteria

Set up a vendor boost

In a sort, open Boosted vendors and use Add a vendor:

  • Pick one or several vendors from your catalog.
  • Order them by drag and drop: the first vendor's products come first.
  • Turn a vendor off temporarily without removing it.

Where boosted products land

Boosted products come after locked positions and pinned products, and before everything else. Inside each vendor group, products follow your criteria, for example recent sales and stock.

Typical uses

  • An in-house brand with better margins.
  • A new brand you want to launch on the store.
  • A supplier who pays for placement over a period.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need?

Boosted vendors is part of the Pro plan.

Are boosted products sorted between themselves?

Yes. Products of a boosted vendor are grouped at the top and sorted by the same criteria as the rest of the collection, so their best sellers come first.

Can I boost several brands?

Yes. Add several vendors and drag them in the order you want. Each one can be turned on or off without being removed.
